A Planning Consultantwith 17 years’ experience working in the UK, Middle East and India on multidiscipline, high profile and diverse construction projects on behalf of a variety of national and international companies which has resulted in a thorough understanding of the entire construction process from concept through to final handover into operational use.

• Managed a programme of works that range in value from £9m to £160m by leading a team of 7 planners including 2 graduate planners.
• Successfully completed full project life cycle from tender stage to practical completion ranging from £103m to £25m.
• Proficient in detailed construction planning by analysing Architect/ Structural Engineers/ Service Consultant designs, drawings and specifications.
• Expertise in 4D planning using Revit - Navisworks and currently working on reporting progress in 4D.
• Significant expertise and experience in retrospective claims analysis and forensic planning which includes preparation of expert reports on claims and extension of time.
• Mentored junior planners out of which couple are from Building Action on Homeless (BAoH).
• I was conferred ‘Award of Excellence 2006’ by Network Rail for many outstanding achievements and contributions in planning and delivering FTN/GSM-r Project.
