Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis using Pertmaster Project Risk software. Main Projects: NS Bev 21 /Amsterdam-Utrecht wayside and onboard ERTMS Level 0 to 2 - development and customer project co-ordinated between five countries.Common Radio Block Center - new product development project in Sweden. Electronic Signalling Interlocking Mannheim-Rheinau (Pilot project for Deutsche Bahn). Part of project team that won Divisional President's Excellence Award Q2 2006. Other areas include: Primavera Key User for Central Europe region, coordinating and facilitating introduction of Primavera Enterprise as standard scheduling and resource management tool for Bombardier Rail Control Solutions Carrying out in-house training and coaching in CPM Scheduling and other project management methodsAssisting bid managers set up bid schedules.
