Managing a Primavera P6 implementation with 2300 timesheet users and around 400 Project managers, using the tool for scheduling, resource planning and time-reporting on a portfolio of approximately 700 active projects. The competence center has a Sweden-based staff of 3 reporting to me and a worldwide network of Key Users, so leading a virtual team effectively is an essential element of the role. Main Responsibilities: To lead the global Primavera Competence Centre in Bombardier's Signalling Division (RCS) and spearhead the implementation of Primavera within RCS, ensuring the control and staffing of projects with the right competence at the right time.To continually strive to take the Primavera implementation in RCS to the next level of maturity, in particular in areas such as capacity planning, portfolio management and schedule risk analysis  Other areas include: Supporting specific projects and users as required, for example assisting with the detailed planning, resourcing and schedule risk analysis of a major project in London in 2010-2012.
