Assigned as PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER for 2 x 7 MW Fired Coal Steam Power Plant Project (PLTU) at Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir, Riau Province, Sumatra Island, Indonesia; Owner: PT. PLN (Persero), Indonesia State Electricity Corporation. • Developed level 4 schedule for Construction phase by accommodating input from all discipline engineers and use the schedule for weekly monitoring, updating and expediting construction execution. • Liaised with subcontractors from many disciplines of work to gather and escalate problems at site, discuss and coordinate with discipline engineers to come up with recovery schedule. • Managed to develop weekly progress report by collecting information from each subcontractor, highlighting significant issue found for Project Management concern.
