Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and update Master Programme with a proper sequence and logic to ensure correct market studies, design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

·         Review and evaluate contractor’s schedules to determine compliance with contract requirements.

·         Review, monitor and control the project schedules, deliverables, programs, progress and contractors’ claims in line with the contract conditions.

·         Develop and agree standard progress measurement procedures and control schedules with the Contractors and Consultants.

·         Assessment of all Extension of Time claims

·         Controlling the project management cycle

·         Controlling the project cost within the budget and monitoring the cash flow.
