 Head up and lead the team of skilled engineers working on the projects valued at 3.5+Billion AED including:o Oil Field Development SARB 6 Project, Drillers Camps & Utilities at ArtificialIslandso The Landmark Tower, the 300+ meters high prestigious tower on Abu Dhabicornice.o Abu Dhabi's Capital Gate Leaning Tower (Claims Management)o Oil Field Development Qusahwira, Staff Accommodation and AdministrationComplex.o Various Hospitals in Abu Dhabio Tender Programmes for HLG pre-contract stage projects. Manage the planning and control requirements of the project by leading a team of planningand control professionals and coordinating with the project team with the objective ofcomplying with the contract schedule, communicating the impact on the schedule andadvising mitigating measures. Produce pre-design, design, tender and award, procurement, construction, and completionschedules in order to represent the project and contractual requirements using the latestPrimavera P6.8 Evaluate and analyze the progress obtained through updated status reports in variousformats based on the contract schedule in order to provide performance assessment andaccurate forecast. Conduct analysis of alternatives and schedule options to allow “what if” considerationswhere market fluctuations, implementation of changes, and/ or unanticipated events impactthe design and construction schedule in order to formulate better delivery options that canbe adopted. Review and evaluate the subcontractor’s schedules & reports and recommend necessaryactions in order to align the subcontracted items to the contract schedule. Provide recommendations when actual progress deviates from scheduled progress inorder to re-align to an on-time completion and advice Management when delay eventsoccur and produce an extension of time schedule in coordination with commercialdepartment and project team in order to support the claims. Provide recommendations when actual progress deviates from scheduled progress inorder to re-align to an on-time completion. Guide and mentor the planning team in order to equip them to carry-out the jobindependently.
