Planning Engineer (on site) - Responsible for:

(1) planning and scheduling activities related toan earth dam construction (which belongs to VALE – very large global mining company);

(2)liaising and coordinating with on-site personnel to achieve continuous improvement in meeting quality, environmental, health and safety requirements;

(3)preparing reports and highlighting any concerns and potential delay to the project;

(4)performing the Working Breakdown Structure (WBS);

(5)updating and monitoring progress, undertaking critical path analysis and earned value analysis;

(6)formulating action plans, manpower and equipment histograms;

(7)elaborating quantity take-off for monitoring, evaluation and purchasing purposes, and

(8)monitoring material delivery dates.
