Shah Deniz 2 Project - Responsible for the development of Level 2 schedules and detailed Level 4 schedules in Primavera for the two offshore platforms covering the detailed design phase of this project.

KEP Post 2010 – Responsible for the preparation and progressing of a Primavera P6 schedule for the post construction engineering for the KEP 2010 Upgrade. The work covers the updating of drawings to the as-built status, the preparation of demolition workpackages for the removal of redundant cables and equipment and the updating of the Instrument and Electrical databases. Progress is updated mid-month and month end, with monthly reporting to the client.

DELAYED COKER REVAMP – Responsible for the preparation of the construction schedule using Primavera P6 for the upgrading of the Coker Unit at Mongstad in Norway. I also maintained and updated the engineering design and procurement schedules, reporting progress and any schedule delays to management mid-month and month end.

KEP 2010 UPGRADE – Responsible for the preparation and progressing of schedules using P3ec to cover the design and procurement for the upgrading of the facilities at Karsto in Norway. These schedules interface with the client’s (Statoil) construction schedules via agreed interface milestones. Weekly progress reporting / engineering reviews are currently being carried out on this project. I also liaise with subcontractors Norconsult, who are doing the civil design and Sorco who are doing part of the safety systems design work.
