As a Planning/Scheduling/Costing Engineer for an EPCF&I concern, my roles and routines includes but not limited to:

• Ensuring that all programmed activities have man-hour contents in line with Company Procedures
• Reviewing all existing material and equipment schedules and obtaining updated delivery info from the relevant departments( discipline heads/ engineers)
• Assisting the Resident Site Manager and Construction Manager
• Preparing Work Procedures and Methid Statements
• Preparation of Progress Reports and  Project Status Updates
• Preparing the Project controls Documents and Plan
• Generating S-curves and Man-hour Histograms
• Creation of WBS and Scope Control Plan.
• Preparing WBS billables for invoicing and tracking purposes
