 Built and maintained detailed resource loaded CPM schedules using P5/P6 for Suncor and Devon Oil Sands projects. Projects were :

• Voyageur Project – Coker                                    CAD$ 30 Million
• Voyageur Project – Utilities                     CAD $ 45 Million
• Devon Jackfish 2 – Well Pads E-F           CAD $ 60 Millions    
• Applied extensive knowledge of Excel and SAP to track, analyze and report projects costs.
• Captured cost trends, forecasted ETC (Estimate to Complete) and validated others’ forecasts
• Extract actual costs and generate planned vs. actual costs reports on monthly basis. Review and verify accruals with procurement lead and compile overall cost reports for further cost analysis
• Compared planned versus incurred and actual costs, detect reasons for variations and recommend corrective actions.
• Participated in recurring review meetings with the clients, namely Suncor and Devon, representing Project Controls and supporting Project Managers
• Maintained a change order log and enforced Change Management processes
• Created periodical internal and external status reports, presentations and other ad-hoc reporting deliverables.
