• ZUBLIN INTERNATIONAL                     From 16^th February,2011 till to date.
• Now I am working in Zublin International Qatar as Mechanical Engineer  from 16^th February till now. I am working in Technical department of the company.

• Estimation: I have been working as a Mechanical Estimation Engineer from August, 2012 till to date. I was in charge for the Mechanical Estimation for the following Projects using  Arriba Construction Suites Software:

1)      Lusail Multipurpose Hall, Package 2;

2)      Al Sadd Multipurpose Hall, Package 2;

3)      Central Plant 5 (CP-5) at Qatar Foundation;

4)      Energy City Qatar.

• I have been working as Design Mechanical Engineer for Austrian Embassy-Qatar, located in 33^rd Floor of Palm Towers, West Bay. This project was designed in house and I was in charge for designing HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing sevices.

• I have been handling mechanical works in Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone, UAE form February, 2012 to 31^st May, 2012. Khalifa Port is situated in Taweela, UAE. I was in charge of  mechanical works ( HVAC, Fire fighting and Plumbing) for Harbor Master’s Building, Substations, NAVAID and Port Craft Workshop, Sand Blast and Paint shop, Security Buildings, CNIA and Terminal Operation Building, Fire Station, Potable water Pumping Station, Warehouses and Staff Control Building.

      Project: Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone.

      Location: Taweela, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

      Client: Abu Dhabi Ports Company.

      Project Management: Bechtel Overseas Inc.

      Consultant: Halcrow .

      Main Contractor: Zublin International Qatar-Al Jaber Engineering UAE, JV

      MEP Contractor: Rotary Gulf, Hastie Group.

           RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       Following up the works at site and supervise the subcontractor to carry out works quality wise.

2.      To prepare the punch lists for the remaining works.

3.      To check the design and site coordination.

4.      To plan the works to carry out within the target date.

• I was in charge of all Mechanical services designing (Plumbing, water supply and Air Conditioning) and site execution and coordinate to Sub-contractor for all electrical works for Buzwair Family Villa from June, 2011 to January, 2012.

      Project: Buzwair Family Villa.

      Location: Al Hilal, Doha-Qatar.

      Client: Buzwair Real Estate.

      Consultant: ICI International.

      Main Contractor: Zublin International Qatar.

           RESPONSIBILITIES:

5.      Making design for ducting, water supply and drainage systems as per Client Requirement.

6.      To check AC units Selection done by Subcontractor “Tadmur” and coordinate ducting layout with “Tadmur”.

7.      To prepare air outlet schedule, plumbing fixture schedule, etc.

8.      To calculate pump head and capacity and pipe sizes of water supply.

9.      To give direction for site installation of Plumbing and Drainage works to Subcontractor “Structurel Qatar”.

10.   To check the electrical issues with Subcontractor “Structurel Qatar”.

• Apart from the above works I used to check some Tender Issues for DOHALAND and MUNTAZAH Project. In DOHALAND project, I worked for LEED requirements for the project especially in Air Conditioning and Waste Water Treatment system.

I worked in estimation for all Mechanical services of Duty free Warehouse and Inflight Duty free Store of New Doha International Airport.
