• Developing the project WBS and maintenance of the cost codes structure.
• Preparation of Method Statements, Procedures related to Project Management and Planning.
• Analyze lessons learned during the operation to enhance the future projects.
• Follow PSCM functional guidance in effective demand planning and procurement activities including sourcing strategy development, invitations to tender, analysis of tenders/proposals, contractor negotiations, contract execution and performance management.
• Regularly review the Project forecast costs, including any Variation orders, and the Budget at forecast Quantity.
• Responsible for preparation of Level 1,2 and Level-3 schedule and further micro-schedules for Engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing and ordering.
• Review contracts Compliance reports and provide with explanation of reasons for non-compliances. Follow up the issues with responsible people to improve statistic quarterly.
• Assisting the Project Control Manager in Claims and Back charges Management.
• Capture, communication & apply lessons learned as best practices on the assigned project.
• Preparation/Updating of Planning Schedule in Primavera Project Planner for EPC Project.
• To analyze Cost report & Weekly/Monthly Production Performance/Productivity reports. Discuss way to improve Production/Productivity & reduce cost overruns on the affected WP.
