  • Managing and leading the team of planners.
  • Preparing level 1,2,3,4 & 5 programs along with Schedule basis memorandum, progress measurement procedure, organization chart and logistical plans.
  • Reviewing the baseline Program, S-curves, Manpower Histogram, Cash Flows, etc. Creating formats for monthly & weekly progress reports for planning engineers stationed on projects.
  • Delay analysis and Extension of time claims based on Time Impact analysis, Window Analysis and Impacted as Planned Analysis.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, legal & external agencies.
  • Conducting studies to develop database required for planning, preparing programs & schedules, monitoring and controlling.
  • Reviewing subcontractor’s program and suggesting measures to ensure it is in line with the baseline program.
  • Finalizing program requirements as per the specifications in consultation & co-ordination with Architects/Consultants/ Sub-Contractors.
  • Monitoring and controlling progress of activities, including providing program inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
  • KPI and Earned value management, generating MIS reports.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC and contractual correspondence with client, consultant and subcontractors.
  • Updating material tracking schedules in accordance with contract schedule; ensuring timely availability of materials to minimize storage requirements while preventing negative schedule impact.
  • Participating in project meetings for evaluating project progress and suggesting mitigation measures.
