SENIOR PLANNER, ENERECO SPA, EPIC PROJECT
Employed in Oil&Gas Engineering Company since2006 – ProjectControlServiceDepartment – for planningservices related to engineering services for conceptual-basic-detail-procurement-construction and maintenance projects, including detailed resources progress monitoring from equipment and material supply to manhours per WBS or milestones basis as well as contractual milestones.
Advanced knowledge of project control principles; understand the principles and concepts of cost engineering as it relates to budgeting, monitoring and tracking actual costs, change orders and forecasting. Definition and permanent updating of the work program, on weekly/monthlybasis, via WBS criteria and advance sub levels finalization, related to basic and detail projects engineering and EPIC projects with construction-procurement, transportation, testing, permitting phases involved in connection with the engineering disciplines and other concerned departments.
Close liaison with the project management for the project execution strategy, control and progress reporting for physical and economical aspects. Definition of Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and development of schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements. Monitoring of documents planning, programming and issue activities using customized software and in-house Document Management Systems. Definition of completion dates for project targets. Check of the work progress status and gathering of data for internal and external project reporting to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress.These reports may include S-Curve, histograms, labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value analysis, curves reports on either direct or indirect construction activities that are apart of the work. Assisting in the monitoring, reviewing, and analysis of the schedule and status of engineering during all phases of the project, including the analysis of any schedule deviations and corrective actions(RecoveryPlans).
