·         Establishment & Carrying out Site Operations

·         Construction Scheduling, Cost planning & controlling.

·         Monitoring the project progress & Ensuring the progress as per Schedule

·         Preparation of Progress reports on daily and monthly basis

·         Preparation of BOQ & Raising material requirements as per work schedule,

·         Preparing Material supply and material stock maintenance records

·         Ensuring Quality Norms during construction Activities

·         Interaction with Client / consultant to meet progress of work and engineering requirements

·         Coordination with Client, Sub-contractors and other internal Department.

·         Preparing Bills, Collecting Payments, Sub contractor bill certification etc.

·         Preparing AS BUILT drawings, Wind up the project establishments

·         Quality controlling, Quantity Surveying, Safety record Maintaining & Completion Report Preparation for all  Southern region-India  Projects

·         Giving Technical Training to Juniors & Train up them for projects

·         Giving Technical back-up to the Construction manager – projects

·         Preparation of PowerPoint presentation  for Review Meetings

·         Conducting Technical product exhibitions at Engineering Seminars
