Preparing design/Implementation stage 1/3 programmes using primavera

   Participating in client/consultant meetings in order to be briefed on programme requirements and reporting procedures. 

   Preparing updates of the work status with respect to the baseline programme on weekly basis for selected projects.

  Preparing weekly and monthly look ahead schedules and monitoring  the same for selected projects.    Preparing dashboard reports for internal reporting and submission to clients or main contractors for selected projects.

   Preparing delay work Analysis reports.

   Micro scheduling of internal fit out work activities.

  Preparing and monitoring of resources, manpower, budget and cash flow histogram.
