·         Prepare planning packages of a project such as (Work Breakdown Structure, Organizational Breakdown Structure, Resource Allocation Matrix and Network Diagram).

·          Prepare Construction Baseline Program Schedule up to a high appropriate level using software Primavera P6.7 / P3.1 based on the Bill of Quantities, Contract Agreement, Contract Conditions, Construction Methodology, Planning Specifications, Tender Bulletins & Drawing Plans.

·         Provide logical link sequence and genuine estimated duration of activity.

·         Prepare narrative report, work sequence diagram, WBS, defining activity id, project codes and activity codes for baseline program submission.

·         Calculate and develop resources based on quantities and productivity rates, and cost based on Rates, then loaded to Primavera.

·         Develop S-curve cash flow and resources histogram report as well as tabular report extracted from Primavera or by using spreadsheet. Updating of the same for actual and planned.

·         Prepare a working program or action plan for monitoring and calculate physical weight age value for planned against actual as per cost, units or durations.

·         Updating / tracking the Program in daily basis to all discipline by assigning correct actual dates and compare it to the assigned target/baseline program.

·         Provide look ahead plan program (2 weeks, one month or as requested)

·         Provide schedule variance and cost variance.

·         Responsible for weekly, monthly, dashboard, executive and presentation report.

·         Provide earned value summary, delay analysis, slippage and critical & longest path analysis report.

·         Conduct meeting to subcontractors and review & comment subcontractor’s program.

·         Participate in progress meeting with Client and Consultant

·         Prepare recovery program, acceleration plan and mitigation plan.

·         Provide key performance audit report and recommendation.

·         Fully aware of engineering submission and develop engineering & procurement submittal log.

·         Monitor project budget cost and variation.

·         Coordinate with site technical team member for such actual date collection, variations/change order, coordination, RFI’s, NCR’s, HSE etc.

·         Prepare claims for extension of time (EOT) using the methodology of impacted programme as planned or as built and the entitlement will refer to FIDIC 1987 & 1999 Clause and Contract conditions.

·         Assist the Contract Manager in preparation of Claim for E.O.T. with associated cost and provide time impact analysis.

·         Prepare handing over plan of the project

·         Prepare tender program
