Been working in the Enterprise versions of Primavera since they first came out in 2001, even beta-tested the original P4 version. Currently am managing databases and the administration of the 11 existing databases containing over 800 licenses. Also, participate in Project review sessions on detailed studies of Project schedules and their health.

Current member of the Primavera Product Strategy Council to discuss the future direction and feedback of the Oracle solutions.

In the past, I have been a Pipe designer, Facility Engineer on the North Slope, Discipline Engineer supporting major projects on the North Slope living mostly in Anchorage for 14 years.

Planning/Scheduling oversight for Global portfolio of projects (currently on 11active databases). Building and maintaining of new global database with management level activities and resource loaded with project management team. Database administrator for the 90 licenses in the global database, maintaining security access, project codes, activity codes, calendars, resources for all users. Involved in establishing corporate EPS/OBS/WBS to be used globally on all projects. Publishing quarterly resource forcast for ConocoPhillips resources supporting projects globally. Performed several Primavera training classes to train both scheduling personnel and support staff so there is an overall understanding of the scheduling tool and expected results. Establishing early project schedules for projects in the conceptual stage to establish high level views for aiding management in the decision making process.

Travel team - site visits globally to review schedule status, overall project health and determining ability to achieve deterministic schedule dates. Risk assessments also executed to develop date ranges to establish the owner contingency and senior management comfort level on predictable results on deliverables.

Supporting Project Leaders as conduit to Engineering, Fabrication and Construction contractors producing and progressing schedules in the CPAI database. General duties include supporting Project Leaders with CPAI to gather data on their projects to track status and produce the information in a format acceptable to the team. Publishing of CPAI's integrated Program Schedule. Lead Planner/Scheduler on successfully executed projects such as Milne Point S-Pad, Drillsite 3S, and Alpine Capacity Expansion Phase 1 involving integration of multiple Fabrication and Construction Contractors to the presentation of one master Project Schedule reported weekly for the duration of the projects. Original Planner for Western North Slope Long Range Plan projects including CD3, CD4, CD5, CD6, CD7, ACX1, 2, 3, and Alpine Gas Sales. Supporting Project Leader and WNS Business Team to establish LRP and incorporate high-level schedule in the Integrated Business Plan for CD5, 6, 7, 8, AGX and Alpine Gas Sales. Aided in setting up the CPAI resource template for all current and future projects to establish the resource needs of those projects. Developed new Process and Flow Diagrams and revised existing Process and Instrument Diagrams to reflect new work and also developed sample probes for Turbine Exhaust stacks field-wide for EPA emissions sampling. Responsible for field checking new work and as-builting previous revisions to update existing drawing information. Produced Bill of Materials for all plans and isometrics drawn. Implemented a movable Artificial Lift system for installation at Drillsite 15 and Drillsite 18. Aided ARCO Engineer in design of Auger Partial Separator for use in various applications at various sites.

"Y" and "P" Pad Miscible Injection Expansion, Pig Launcher/Receiver replacement and various other contracts. Responsible for field checking plan drawings, isometrics and tie-ins for the MI expansion project, Prudhoe Bay. Performed research on standard drawings and prepared standard drawings to reflect current work. Performed research on bills of material for MI project and cross-referenced material list with BP material stock code ID numbers.

Responsible for preparing the Inventory Control Record for multiple projects and for preparing job standards for Detroit Marathon jobs inclusive.
