 -monthly update & fortlnightly progress report.

 -update & develop 2 weeks & 2 month look ahead for forecasting purpose.

 

 Sunway University – New University Building – (RM 325,000,000.00)

 -develop master work programme.

 -prepare & furnish planning sheet on programming purpose.

 -update & prepare monthly report.

 -update critical path, S-curve, look ahead forecasting & requirement from client.

 

 Sunway Pyramid Phase 3 – 24 Stories Hotel – (RM 475,000,000.00)

 -develop master work programme.

 -liaise with 3D team for updating 4D data.

 -update programme base on 4D
