Senior Planner – Heathrow Terminal 2 (T2B Phase 2) – External, Civils and Envelope works

Lead Planner for Civil, External and Envelope works of the 400m long pier which serves 10 aircraft stands. Manage the planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, supplier liaison, and the interface of both internal / external teams and the client Heathrow Airports Ltd.

2002 to 2012

Lead Planner / Project Manager – (Secondment to London Underground Ltd)

Lead the Planning & logistics team for Civil Structures Inspections, Assessments and Enabling works of Ballasted Track replacement programme. Project Manager of the Inspection support services programme supplied by Skanska and Clancy Docwra. Consultant on LU infrastructure protection methods during the track replacement works.

The civil structures included in the programmes are approximately, Bridges and Structures (8000 assets), Deep Tube tunnels (5000 assets), Earth Structures (150km) and Pumps and Drainage (250km).

Supervised and managed Section Planners and technical administrators, Planning and Programming work worth of approx 20 million £ per annum using specialist software Primavera P3/P6, Ellipse, Live-link, Microsoft packages amongst others
