Introduction & Experience summary:

I have 10.6 years of experience in Oil & Gas Pipeline EPC Projects. I am continuously learning to handle various responsibilities, situation and adopting strategies to manage the project in low cost high yield ratio to deliver the system to client satisfactorily. Project planning, control, coordination, management and site execution are the key areas of my interest.

Following are the acquisitions, which I practice and congregate comprehension, with details of employers and executed projects:

6.      Direct Supervision of site activities. Especially working in tough terrain like rocky, forest, hilly and marshy. Have good experience of crossings by HDD, Cased crossing and open cut crossings. 

7.      Motivate team to work effectively in low budget project with satisfactorily handing over the system to client.

8.       Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities, to ensure the execution of project in safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

9.      Act as primary technical coordination interface.

10.  Skillfully working on management software tools like Oracle, SAP, Primavera, along with use of Microsoft Office applications on daily basis.

X65, 6.4/7.9/9.5mm thk pipe, HDPE/OFC, including civil, mechanical, piping, cathodic protection, electrical & instrumentation works in 7 nos. of SVs, dispatch & receiving stations and other facilities pertaining for transportation of natural gas from Halol to Dahod.

1.      Project name: Up – gradation of Konaban GGS & Pipeline grid project of Tripura Assets. (May.2011 – April 2012)

Scope of Work: Design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, erection, construction, testing, commissioning, and turning over services, activities and work for laying of 53 Km Ø20” API5L Gr. X46, 34 km Ø16” API5L Gr. X46, 30 KM Ø6” API5L Gr. X65, 30 KM Ø8” API5L Gr. X65 respectively, including civil, mechanical, piping, cathodic protection, electrical & instrumentation works in 3 GGS, 3 manifolds, & 1 Terminal (Power plant) and other facilities pertaining for transportation of natural gas from various GGS & well head manifolds to OTPC, Palatana Power Plant and up gradation of existing Konaban GGS under Tripura Assets.

2.      Project Name: Bina – Kota pipe line project (Feb 2009 – May. 2011)

Contract Value: 118 Cr.

Scope of Work: Supply, installation, erection, construction, testing, commissioning, and turning over services, activities and works for laying of 258 Km Ø18” API5L Gr. X65, 6.4/7.1/9.5 mm thk pipe, HDPE/OFC, including civil, mechanical, piping, cathodic protection, SCADA, electrical & instrumentation works in 10 nos. of SVs, IP, dispatch & receiving stations respectively and other facilities pertaining for transportation of multi oil products from Bina Refinery to Kota Terminal.  

3.      Achieved execution of shut down work of M/s. BPCL’s MMPL damaged line at village Julwania (M.P.) as Operation In charge.

Project Name: Vadinar – Bina pipeline project

Contract type / Value : Item rates / INR 184 Cr.

Owner / Consultant: Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd. / Engineers India Ltd.

Scope of work: Supply, installation, erection, construction, testing, commissioning, and turning over services, activities and works for laying of 503 Km Ø24” API 5L X70, 7.1/9.5/11.4mm thk. Pipe, HDPE/OFC including civil, mechanical, piping, cathodic protection, SCADA, electrical & instrumentation works in 14 nos. of SVs, IP, dispatch stations respectively and other facilities pertaining for transportation of Crude oil products from Vadina COT to Bina Refinery.
