Project Management

·          Monitoring the project time scales and cost control mechanism as per the established procedures.

·          Setting, executing and monitoring budgetary constraints.

·          Leading the ERP implementation (ORACLE 11i Apps) team in the organisation in defining the business need & framing it in the product in coordination with the implementation partner.

Contract Management 

·          Interpretation of contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of Technical / Financial problems for Management reporting.

·          Administrating the major contracts as per the specified terms & conditions for cost plus construction contract of Rs 1500 Cr, lump sum dredging contract of Rs700 Cr. & project management consultancy contract of Rs 50 Crore as per the terms & conditions.

·          Facilitating the timely release of payments for all major & minor contracts, purchase orders.

Project Procurement

·          Budgeting and planning the funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials & maximum cost savings.

·          Coordinating procurement activities like tendering & bid management, estimations, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations etc.

·          Techno-Commercial Operations

·          Closing of completed Work Orders & Purchase Orders as per Guideline

·          Preparing various MIS Report related to Work Orders/Purchase orders and sending the same to top management for decision making.

·          Coordinating with various agencies viz. Statutory & internal auditors, Local Account & Central Account Cell, Contractors etc.
