o    Implementation, delivery and coordination of planning process, preparation and communication of the various engineering, construction plans and Coordinate Execution processes(schedule risk analysis across Capital Project &Design (OPEX & CAPEX)

o    Participate in the development of a project risk register to provide for identification, mitigation and monitoring of project risks on all SURF Projects

o    Review and capture the actual project schedules performance and project physical progress variances against the approved Project Baseline schedule for various WBS activity Levels of the Initiation/Scope definition/Execution Schedules and Overall Project Schedules.

• Review, record and capture the plan and actual project Schedule and Cost control practices including systems, procedures and tools through Project controls system and perform evaluation of Project Baseline/Updated Schedule/Cost performance analysis in ensuring improved Schedule and Cost Control performance of project

o    Prepare and coordinate piping engineering deliverables including scope of work, Data Sheets, New Piping Specifications, technical reports & Change Management.

o   Compilescopeandtenderdocumentsfromvariousdisciplineinputs,obtainingagreementfromstakeholdersand overseeingthetenderprocesstoawardstage

o    Managing a team of 4 planners based in Jakarta remotely

o    Monitoring & querying subcontractors schedules and updating the integrated EPCM milestone plan

o    Development of Procurement progress measurement tool for the integrated EPCM Subcontractors schedules

o    Generating Monthly progress report for the client (Occidental Petroleum of Qatar)

o    Attending meeting for the bi –weekly subcontractors interface contractual milestone deliverables

o    Assist in the production of level  1& 2 client reports

o    Produced a procurement and MDR progress measurement tools

o    Produced reports template ( Scurves & productivity measurement templates)

o    Perform schedule analysis and identify the Critical path & Activities; highlight the same to the project Manager & Project Team.

o    Compile estimates of man-hours prepare by all disciplines and Project Management team and prepare estimated budget based on applicable schedule of Rates.

o    Generate the necessary Reports required by the management and for submission to the client.

o    Continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved business effectiveness.

o    Ensure the requisite quality of data is maintained.

o    Oversee the planning element of the change control procedure.

o    Production of risk analysis data if required by the project.

o    To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents in relation to the Planning function.

o    To promote HS&E responsibility within the team.

o    Supervise the competent performance of schedule development, maintenance, monitoring and analysis activities and timely issue of reports

o    Prepare, coordinate and supervise scheduling presentations to company and client management as required.

o    To supervise and be responsible for the development and accuracy of schedule reports. To verify consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility.

o    To be responsible for preparing reports required by company management and project procedures.

o    To monitor project activities against contract scope of work, prepares additional work cost estimates.
