February, 2013 - Produce a comprehensive and viable construction program in conjunction with the Project Manager and designates using Scheduling Software Primavera P6.7
- Verify the actual progress versus scheduled progress on a daily basis alerting the Project Manger of any areas of concern regarding schedule slippage of line items & the knock-on effect to related activities.
- Preparation of Overall Progress Monthly Report to the Client as Contractual requirements showing all progress and updates from concern departments.
- Preparation of application of Interim Payment to include preparation of cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation.
- Preparation of relevant monthly reports (i.e progress photographs, progress videos, progress presentation using power point).
- Facilitate the recovery of the Work Programme when the progress of work schedule is not progressing as planned or the current schedule falls behind target.
- Generate reports employing Primavera (Project Management Ver. 6.7) such as Cost Loading and Resource Loading for internal & external correspondences.
- Assists the Planning Manager in tracking lost workdays due to unforeseen work stoppages and inevitable causes during construction phase and ensuring resources are properly utilized.
