· Prepare Baseline Program in Primavera P6                   · Monitor and update the works program weekly.                  · Preparation of programs like Baseline Program, Construction program, Rolling Program, Look ahead Program,                Time Chaninage Programe (LOB) etc.,· Generation of Weekly & Monthly report (progress report, look ahead schedules, tracking long lead items, submittal reports, cash flow comparison, plant equipment & manpower requirements & site photo graph etc).

• Monitoring and discussing the project status during the weekly & Monthly Progress Review meetings with the client and consultant.

· Manpower Histogram preparation and Procurement report based on the Project Schedule.

• Prepare daily construction progress reports and evaluate the current progress if complies according to the target work schedule.

· Preparation of Physical Progress report based on contractual cost centers.· Preparation of Progress “S” Curve based on EVMS.· Preparation and monitoring of Cash flow (Cash inflow & Cash Outflow).· Cost Accounts & Resource Loading in the master programme (Primavera P6).· Preparation of Invoice for the value of work done.
