Responsibilities:

·         Report to Construction Manager.

·         Assist to establish an enterprise overall management system and set the required system modifications in the company system in order to integrate the planning section activities with the company departments.

·         Manage and Evaluate planning team members.

·         Interview, evaluate, negotiate, and recruit the new planning engineers for the section.

·         Set roles and responsibilities for each member among the planning team.

·         Review/Prepare detailed programs, Revised and recovery programs mad by planning team.

·         Review and state recommendations for periodical Reports, in order to facilitate the management of the project for the project manager.

·         Prepare contractual claims “conserving the company rights” during construction period and following up after project Handing over.

·         Prepare status reports and performing earned value analysis and recommend the actions required for keeping the project on track.

·         Prepare/Review mitigation plans -in case of occurring delays by the company - in order to mitigate the delays.

·         Attend progress, follow up, commercial, and decision meetings and discuss the project status with the consultant/employer and recommend the appropriate actions.
