Client        :      KLCC PROJEKS BERHAD (KLCCPB)

Job Scope

• Functionally reporting to the assigned Project Managers and administratively reporting to the Planning Manager.
• Responsible to provide overall status of all assigned projects i.e. to prepare, development and maintain project summary schedule with details of the principle phases, durations and sequencing of projects.
• Coordinate contractors’ construction baseline programme to comply with KLCCPB’s standard requirements.
• Prepare and maintain a tender and contracting package strategy schedule, identifying the contracts to be procured, their timing and durations and to be integrated with the design and construction strategies for the project.
• Attend project team meetings and other meetings to facilitate the management of the project schedule and related activities.
• Maintain project team schedule related to correspondence filing, reports and data including software disks and schedules.
  • Implement Primavera Project Planning management software to project team with an integrated comprehensive management tool providing critical path method scheduling, precedence diagramming and management reporting and graphics.
• Projects involved including Surau at Precinct 9, Secondary School at Percinct 9, Primary School at Precinct 11 and School Complex at Precinct 16.

Client        :      SIEMENS PROWER GENERATION ASIA PACIFIC

Project      :      Construction of Combine Cycle Power Plant for Panglima Power in Telok Gong, Malacca

Job Scope

• Reporting to the General Project Manager based in Siemens Power Generation, Kuala Lumpur. Responsible to provide regular overall status reports & troubleshoot problems pertaining to work programmes with Team Leader who is based in Germany.
• Working together with the Team Leader to create, develop and maintain project database in Primavera Project Planner (P3)
• Maintain and update work program for local job portion on weekly and monthly basis comprising of work completion reports by sub-contractors.
• Responsible for regular site visits in Teluk Gong, Malacca to monitor and verify contractors’ job done.
• Prepare recovery plans on delayed activities for local contractors to meet the contractual completion timelines.
• Liaise with the Procurement, Civil, Mechanical Department officials and Site Manager to track work progress by each department.

Client        :      OGP TECHNICAL SERVICES SDN BHD

Project      :      Malaysia LNG 1 & 2 (Module 1 & 5) Plant Shutdowns in Bintulu, Sarawak

Job Scope

• Prepare project work programme using Primavera Project Planner (P3) including work breakdown structure, assigning relationship, manpower loading and determining critical path.
• Maintain and updating work programme and prepare progress report on daily, weekly and monthly basis (word done reports, S-curve reports etc.) for clients.
• Responsible for daily site visits to monitor and verify contractors’ job completed.
• Prepare recovery plans on delayed activities to meet completion timelines.
• Responsible to approve contactors’ claims based upon progress reports.
