Contract Planner for design and construct contract under NEC 3 ECC Contract Conditions. Works located within 2012 Olympic Park to provide enabling works for the construction of the international broadcast studios and press offices. Contract involves the design and construction of temporary haul roads, lime stabilised side wide pile platform with piling attendance, site wide temporary drainage and pumping chambers and welfare foundation construction. Role included updating and reprogramming the works, assessing the impact of compensation events and planning support to the Project Manager.
