Responsibilities

 

·         Prepared and submitted Baseline Program and Narrative including resource and cost loaded

·         Break down assigned to projects into work breakdown structure (WBS) and to set-up Cost

·         Breakdown Structure (CBS) according to a client’s Cost Code System.

·         Arrange baseline review meeting (ppt presentation) with the client to ensure schedule developed is clearly understood and accepted.

·         Scrutinize project deliverables including long-lead items.

·         Plan resource requirements, monitor manpower deployment schedules, assist in forecast and draw-down plans

·         Manage the Site Planners to track schedule, cost and project performance reports such as

·         Weekly, 3-month look-ahead program, Physical Progress ‘S’ curves, Detailed Tracking

·         Charts, etc.,

·         Incorporate contract changes in the schedule and follow-up of activities.

·         Attend Project Review Meetings (Weekly & Monthly) with Contractor’s representatives to discuss project progress on to project plan
