W Managed the construction of the project in accordance with the contract in the most effective, efficient and profitable manner taking particular care of client requirements and company’s sub-contractors, and suppliers’ interest, and leading the site staff to form a cohesive unit.
W Formulating the strategies and plans for effective completion of the project.
W Resolve with the client representatives all issues related to the effective performance & construction of project.
W Review the project procedures in accordance with the company quality system and the project requirements and ensure their implementation.
W Writing contractual letters to client, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
W Project site based planning and controlling of projects from contract award to completion. Preparing Project Master Schedule / FIDIC Clause 14 programme - Fully quantified and labour resourced using planning software Primavera 6.8.
W Programme updates and analysing variances, productivity, bottlenecks, and highlighting to Project Manager.
W Plotting of progress S-curves, comparing planned versus actual progress / Key performance Indicators / EV.
W Production of forensic analysis for initial access delays and assessment of entitlement to Extension of time, disruption and out of sequence working as well as acceleration measures.
W Preparation of look ahead schedules for site and contractor issue and resource forecasting.
W Support the commercial team with cash flow and monthly valuations based on cost loaded programme.
W Generating resource profile for optimum utilisation of manpower.
W Preparation of Situation Specific Analytical Reports, Delay Analysis Reports as per the requirement to cater early control on Project
W Preparation of Process Improvement Reports (Learning Guides) for various facets of execution to ensure optimum utilization of resources and swift completion of works.
W Liaising with various stakeholders(Internal - Design, Procurement etc & External- Client, Consultants, Sub contractors, etc.) of the project to facilitate them with required updates/ in identifying, raising and resolving issues which affect project progress.
W Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) viz. daily, weekly and monthly reports.
W Creating statistical reports for management on a recurring or one-of-a-kind basis.
