­Supervision for construction of $125,000,000 Corporate Campus expansion for T. Rowe Price at Owings Mills, MD. Project included 650,000 s.f. Class A Office space, two precast parking structures, a fiber optic sonet ring and a Corporate Call Center. Direct trade supervision, safety management and quality assurance.  Developed and managed integrated project schedule (Primavera P3) for the both the contractor and the Owner. Worked extensively with client’s IT and Property Management divisions for inclusion of Owner required elements such as redundant and backup power systems and extensive outside plant and off-site infrastructure improvements.
