  • Performs complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues.

  • Develops work breakdown structures, prepares charts, table, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.

  • Assists in the preparation of management plans and reports.

  • Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of technical reports, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations.

  • Performs analysis, development and review of program administrative operating procedures.
