- Identification, monitoring& streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Schedule.
- Using Earned Value Calculations to monitor project status.
- Analysing Trends and development of early warning system.
- Developing Budgets that lead to the establishment of a cost/schedule baseline.
- Resource and cost management using MS PROJECT & PRIMAVERA.
- Contractual correspondence with Client.
- Generation of 3-weeks look-ahead schedule for the project based on updated level three plan and work front availability status.
- Updating project schedule and making reports for client.
- Preparing weekly & monthly progress status report in relation with progress of work, design status, resources (man power & equipment), and generating “S” curve status.
- Conducting daily/weekly meetings with construction staff for analyzing actual construction status and cost/resource optimization.
- Developing and implementing project schedules in accordance with strategic organizational goals.
