A- Project Management:-

B- Project Planning Review/Development:-

  • Create/Monitor/Review and approval of WBS, relations, resources, Baseline program of works, obtaining approvals on change / variation reports and Recovery for the Updating Program to recover any Delay / Revised Program /Claims, Variation Orders & Time extension.
  • Loading/Tracing of Resources & progress payments then updating all statistics Actual vs. Planned.
  • Following up & Monitoring of Duties & Tasks of the Engineer / Main contractor as per Schedule & Scope of Work. Review and approval of progress payment, handing over of works.
  • Developing/Updating/Review of weekly/Bi weekly& monthly progress reports, T7 Reports, Schedule of Value for monthly Payments, E1 Log & E2 Log.
