  1. Management, planning and controlling of construction projects with the target, to deliver customer projects within time and budget.
  2. Support the project manager and to execute the effective delivery of the project.
  3. Support with Project Manager Finance and logistics the commercial and contractual project management.
  4. Support project schedule on time execution.
  5. Preparation of Level III & Level IV execution schedule.
  6. BOQs & project Man-hours analysis.
  7. Preparation of 4-weeks & 3 months look ahead schedule based on work front availability.
  8. To generate Man-power & Equipment schedule based on updated project plan.
  9. Close coordination with Planning Manger, Construction Manager & Execution team in order to perform smooth erections on site according to updated schedule.
  10. Project monitoring through Prima Vera Project Planner & Process (in home software).
  11. To remains fully aware of the activities being carried out on site.
  12. To generate discipline wise Weekly/monthly progress & efficiency reports.
  13. To apply maximum efforts to avoid bottlenecks of execution team.
  14. Interaction with client regarding supply schedule of materials.
  15. To Assist Planning & FEDC Manager in day-to-day tasks.
