• Preparation of Master Schedule/Interim Milestone for Contractor’s Construction Schedule
• Review Contractor’s Updated schedule and Integrate to other Projects
• Track and Manage Baseline Cost and Schedule and Ensure Change Control Process is Implemented
• Prepare Program Baseline Schedule and Budgeted Cost
• Responsible for project schedule compliance in accordance with program schedule audit criteria
• Implement Earned Value Reporting System (Cost Performance Report)
• Review and comment Contractor’s Construction schedule
• Gap Analysis, What If and Schedule Risks Analysis
• Prepare Integration Schedule and Set-up Meeting for All Contractors/Project Manager’s Involved
• Prepare Drawings, Layout for Schedule Interfaces between projects
• Prepare dashboard for Management meeting
