    • Oversaw several projects as detailed below
    • Was responsible for the review of contractor’s project control information; coach, monitor and control contractor’s project control team on manner of reporting project planning packages, monthly & weekly reports for actual performance, deviation/variance and suggest possible options to recover any delay,
    • Developed and document planning policies, standards, processes and form of deliverables for Company and project top management. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with project team members that are directly responsible for concern activities. Provide innovative and strategic solution to schedule conflicts, Cost reconciliation capacity restraints and production deadlines
    • Developed KPI and Metrics for measuring performances and improvement across the IAP schedule. Preparation of detail cash flow analysis, trend forecast, actual percentage and variances. Prepare invoices based on work performances and one page summary of project performance for top management.
    • Analysed delays in both contractor and employer's perspective. Examining issues related to claims on both sides. Use appropriate Forensic Delay Analysis (FDA) method such as Time Impact Analysis, Impacted as plan etc for both prospective and retrospective delays with strong understanding of the prevailing circumstance. Evaluate and dismiss/accept the contractor's notices of claims and/or recommend time impacts due to changes, delay, disruption and prolongation. Interprets contract’s documents and other related documents such as Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and which document precedes another in the invent of conflict or lack of clarity.
    • Used Oracle primavera Contract Management Expedition (PCME) to track project correspondences, submittals, daily reports, transmittals, minutes of meetings, bill of quantities, proposals, requests for inspection, requests for clarification, change orders, invoices, payment requisitions
    • Conducted periodic risk identification, analysis and evaluation to avoid delays that could lead to liquidated damages (LDs).
