As a Sr. Planning Engineer  my Jobs and responsibilities is included but not limited to the following: 

- Review all discipline drawings and bill of quantity to planning and scheduling the company’s construction projects.

- Prepared the master and detailed program of project activities with all supporting documents as per the contract specifications.

- Resources allocation and loading budget cost for all activities.

- Preparing cash Flow for monthly payment.

- Updating the Schedule and prepare weekly progress reports.

- Monitoring the progress and prepare monthly reports regarding work done.

- Highlighted the critical path activities and ensure that the material and resources are available at site before reasonable time.

- Prepare delay analysis and its causes.

- Establish claims for extension of time & cost and avoid penalties.

- Reviewing, approving and following subcontractor’s schedule & performance.
