September, 2007 - Maintain the Earned Value Management System consisting of project master schedule, implemented in Primavera, and cost reporting, using Cobra software.
- Maintain the Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS).
- Maintain the CWBS Data Dictionary.
- Maintain the project Performance Measurement Baseline.
- Issue and control all baseline change request documents.
- Produce Master Schedules incorporating WBS and task elements.
- Participation in integrated baseline reviews with project prime.
- Review and update the project Earned Value System process and Earned Value Management Plan.
- Conduct monthly Earned Value claim verification meetings with client.
- Collect monthly Earned Value progress from Control Account Managers.
- Produce monthly Cost Schedule Status Reports.
- Lead monthly project performance reviews, including analysis of variances, with Project Manager and Control Account Managers.
- Provide Earned Value management guidance to Control Account managers.
- Chair the monthly project Earned Value claim verification meetings attended by client, prime customer and KBR representatives.
- Provide guidance and support in the use of scheduling and reporting tools to Control Account Managers.
