As a Construction Contractor Sr.Planning Engineer, I was tasked to:

• Lead the scheduling process by developing the overall Project Schedule.
• Determines key activities and milestone dates.
• Identifies logic ties and precedent activities.
• Set example for the format for detailed schedules, which are to coincide with the master Project Schedule.
• Collaborate with all PM/CM managers and superintendents for discussions, input, and clarification.
• Tract and monitor each project activity progress and status.
• Prepares progress cost billing and invoice report.
• Handles the accuracy of report given by quantity surveyors
• Make adjustment and re-scheduling as the needs arises
• Attend and interact during weekly project progress review meeting
• Tracts any changes in scope of works
• Prepares report pertaining to all project management matter.
• Coordinate frequently with Saudi Aramco Project Supports and Control Departments(PS&CD )
• Manage and implement  project Saudization Plans (Implementation, monitoring and Deduction calculation)
