·         Preparation of baseline program master schedule base on project requirements and perform critical path analysis;

·         Analyze the work statements and drawings for preparation of level IV activity networks in order to calculate the require resource for smooth execution of project;

·         Leveling of required resources (man & machines) based on geographical requirements of project to complete the job within planned duration and budget;

·         Prepare & implement progress monitoring system like DPMS (Descon’s Progress Monitoring System) and established the interface with CPMS (TCJV’s Progress Monitoring System);

·         Progress variance analysis (Baseline, current and mitigation).

·         Producing the man & machine mobilization plan and histograms with respect to baseline schedule;

·         Generation of analysis reports (man & machine) for management review and further action;

·         Updating baseline program master schedule base on regular basis in order to know the health of project for management review and further action;

·         Coordinate with resource coordinator for arrangement of man & machine to ensure optimum utilization of resources;

·         Identification of potential risk in schedule and proposing solutions in order to mitigate;

·         Preparation and monitoring of planning and area planners key performance indicators (KPIs);

·         Identify well in advance about project bottle necks in achieving the planned progress and to propose corrective actions to recover or minimize the slippage;

·         Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on time;

·         Prepare and maintain the issue register and lesson learnt register.
