Maintaining Detailed Engineering Schedule; Developing updated reports for assessing schedule risks; Maintaining Deliverables commitment; Working with Engineering Leads & Managers
Responsible to develop a realistic project plan &schedule to meet the project objectives
Responsible for ensuring all Hatch standards procedures & systems for project planning & scheduling are followed
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the planning & scheduling functions across all work locations & ensuring the schedules are integrated into one integrated EPC schedule
Responsible for overall progress measurement systems - engineering, procurement, fab. / cons. progress & productivity reporting across work locations
Implements project planning procedures as per Hatch standards & prepares & maintains timeline for the development & setup of the various schedules & progress measurement systems
Ensures plans & schedules are prepared & integrated according to project & Hatch standards & contract requirements
Ensures schedule assessment & analysis is performed & reported including the incorporation of project trends & changes
Maintains the schedule Basis of Schedule Document to provide full visibility on the current schedule assumptions, risks, & opportunities
Also responsible:
o All aspects of the planning & scheduling among all locations including staffing, consistent methods / procedures, compliance with contract, schedule assurance & team work
o Perform periodic project schedule risk analysis
o Consolidating progress reporting into the overall project progress measurement system
o Consistent functionality of progress measurement systems
o Sets project goals & objectives for team members & clearly communicates these to team members
o Provide an environment for team members to develop personal skills & potential; Supervise / develop planning support staff
