- Worked in upstream oil / gas for major operator in GoM. Created engineering planning schedules using Primavera P6 that guided the team through a stage gated process. Schedules kept the team on track to meet major design and execution deliverable dates.
- Developed and maintained drilling, completion, and intervention execution schedules using Primavera P6. Execution schedule information was received from offshore and inputted into Primavera. These schedules projected the end of the operation and also signaled to the engineering team on the succesor project when to be ready.
- Developed and maintained regional rig schedule. This 6 year plan illustrated to the organization the projects that were planned to be drilled and completed. Logistics and projects linked to this schedule to give them accurate delivery and planning dates.
