Located on the outskirts of the Saudi Arabian capital city of Riyadh, The Lakes District is a unique site with enormous development potential. Part of Wadi Hanifah, a dominant topographical feature of the region, The Lakes District comprises a 51km2 site where the water flowing along the wadi meets the desert. The resulting oasis is of international importance and has become a habitat for a wide range of rare and endangered bird species. Based upon a thorough understanding of the site’s features, Adam lead a multi-disciplinary team to produce an integrated development plan for the site. The purpose of this strategic plan was to align private and public sector investment to develop the area and to ensure that the environmental assets of the Lakes District evolve sustainably and remain an integral part of the city’s diversity and culture.

John provided specialist Scheduling (PRIMAVERA P6), Quality, Risk and Cost Control services over the course of this project.
