·         Provide a full planning, work management and analysis of construction activities (P6).

·         Prepares cash flow & Program of construction with scheduled resource (P6).

·         Prepare WBS for the Project.

·         Prepares monthly report & monthly payment certificate.

·         Review proposals from subcontractors on project execution and schedule.

·         Monitor overall progress of the project, & update baseline program using (P6).

·         Send inquiry, solicit quotations and prepare tender for comparative analysis.

·         Making Pre-tender estimation & Bill of Quantities

·         Check & monitor sub-contractor/suppliers claims.
