Responsible for managing the function of planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, prioritization of jobs, material controlling and document controlling. 

Preparation of level 3 & 4 schedules, Resource Histogram (manpower/time), “S” Curves, integrate subcontractor/in-house detailed Level 4 schedule, Mobilization Schedule, look ahead schedule by adopting CPM technique.

Preparation of construction reports of internal/subcontractor/client daily, weekly, monthly reports, Schedule analysis, Performance/Productivity status report, critical item slippage & interface constraints reports and management presentation.

Projection and timely revision of P & M and other resource requirement and presenting to management for final approval.

Monitoring and amendment of work order quantity time to time due to change in work scope and final work order closer after completion of project and material reconciliation in SAP.

Responsible for material control which include forecast of material requirement, material look ahead preparation, critical material list, material substitution and material reconciliation.

Responsible for supporting construction team by coordinating with plant/discipline managers, arrange and participate in weekly/daily meeting between client and contractor, between EPCO team and prepare Minutes of meeting, regular site visit.

Monitoring process that involved in updating progressed activities, log details and scheduling delayed activities, comparison of Resource requirement Vs actual, Productivity factor, Delivery status of material, process equipment, document approval (like incentive scheme, additional jobs like PCO/FCO, field engineering request etc) and Analysis involved throughout the operational phase of Project.

Reporting process that involved in Preparation of Weekly, 90 days look ahead schedule, Daily, weekly, Monthly Progress report, Schedule variance reports using S - Curve, Earned –value/variance resource histograms, tables and curves, Bar chart and graphics reports, flow charts.
