• Contribute to the management and coordination of all planning and progress reporting
• Development & maintenance of integrated, logic driven project schedules using Primavera P6
• Continuously track the project/s progress and provide accurate reports including actual Vs baseline, earned value, forecast completion and S-curves.
• Develop an understanding and appreciation of work breakdown structures, and their importance in producing accurate schedules
• Support the issue of weekly & monthly analysis on 28 day plan results
• Prepare weekly & monthly progress and performance status reports
• Plan offshore implementation activities from ISO drawings and determine resource requirements based on hours per time period, within the bedding availability.
• Update of schedule/s to include changes in design and implementation
• Identify areas, using the plan, to improve efficiencies
• Creating and maintaining Project Services databases using Access.
• Providing cover for Senior Shutdown Planner and Senior Capital Projects Planner over leave periods.
