  • Preparation of Construction Programme, Budget & Cash Flow Projection.
  • Monitor the progress of work against base line schedule in coordination with the construction team and suggesting corrective action to reduce schedule and cost variance.
  • Working out Actual Quantities as per the Cross sectional details given in the drawings.
  • Preparation/Collation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress reports.
  • Co-ordination with site Engineers for collection & monitoring the various data’s regarding progress Aspects.
  • Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly review the project status in the Project review meetings.
  • Preparation of Target Vs Achieved Progress Report.
  • Preparation of Weekly / Monthly work programmes as well as 3- months Look Ahead Programs.
  • Preparation of Schedule of Quantities & Schedule of Materials required at site.
  • Preparation of Schedule of Equipments required.
  • Preparation of Sub Contractors work orders and certifying the bills vis-a-vis site progress.
  • Monthly Reconciliation of Construction Materials.
  • Monthly updation of Project schedule, indentifying the areas of concerns.
  • Tracking all the scope changes & Reworks attribute due to the client.
