- Monitor the progress of work against base line schedule in coordination with the construction team and suggesting corrective action to reduce schedule and cost variance.
- Working out Actual Quantities as per the Cross sectional details given in the drawings.
- Preparation/Collation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress reports.
- Co-ordination with site Engineers for collection & monitoring the various data’s regarding progress Aspects.
- Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly review the project status in the Project review meetings.
- Preparation of Target Vs Achieved Progress Report.
- Preparation of Weekly / Monthly work programmes as well as 3- months Look Ahead Programs.
- Preparation of Schedule of Quantities & Schedule of Materials required at site.
- Preparation of Schedule of Equipments required.
- Preparation of Sub Contractors work orders and certifying the bills vis-a-vis site progress.
- Monthly Reconciliation of Construction Materials.
- Monthly updation of Project schedule, indentifying the areas of concerns.
- Tracking all the scope changes & Reworks attribute due to the client.
