JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Responsible for maintaining / updating of time schedules for site activities in coordination with the Site Manager for Civil, Erection, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation.

The Scheduler reports to the Site Manager.

Maintaining/ Updating of the overall time schedule

Maintaining/Updating of detailed Schedules for site activities considering the preconditions such as

 

  • Deliveries on site
  • Foundations ready for erection
  • Documentation submitted to Sub-Contractors
  • Availability of manpower/construction equipment
  • Making Purchase Requisitions by collecting data from the field in SAP.
  • Preparation of Detailed Schedule with management methodology.

 

 

To develop program management plan for the overall program

To develop Work break down structure and implement to controls parameters-time, and cost documents

Participate in estimating process for fast track projects and develop cost coding system

Develop resource management system an implementing resource leveling produced and process flow system for correspondence and producing monthly reports which include

Maintaining/Updating of progress reports for each Sub-Contractor

Maintaining/updating of the overall progress reports.
